Cancellation Policy
Your time in my chair is so important. In order to keep your time, as well as other guests time at its highest value - a firm cancellation policy is in place for all appointments. 48 hours notice is required in order to reschedule an appointment. With less than 48 hours notice of rescheduling, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file, or must be paid before rebooking.
Day of cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. No-show appointments will not be rebooked for future appointments.
Sickness & Emergencies
If you are sick, please stay home. Any guest attending their appointment with a cough, sneezing, fever or showing any signs of sickness will be sent home and asked to reschedule. For emergencies, I am more than understanding and will work with you to get you rebooked as soon as possible. However, day of cancellations will still be charged according to the cancellation policy - as there is no way for that service opening to be filled. Please let me know of any emergency or sickness as soon as possible.
Guest Conduct
At the salon & in my chair, I have a strict policy when it comes to treating both myself and other guests around you with kindness and respect. No hate speech, slanderous terms or aggressive talk or behavior is allowed whatsoever. Any racial, hateful, or intolerant language will call for an immediate halt in your service. Your card will be charged in full for your scheduled service, and you will promptly be asked to leave. The salon and my chair are a safe space for me as a stylist and you as my guest.
Children & Extra Guests
I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone, as there is limited space within the salon for extra visitors. My goal within the salon is to create a relaxing, calm environment for my guests. And I sincerely want you to be able to relax, take a breather, and feel calm while enjoying your time with me.
